Big 94.9 WHKS-FM is proudly operated under an Agreement between Coudersport, PA native David Lent (DBA L-Com Inc.) and Olean native Ashley Midder (DBA BIG 949 MEDIA, XMT Ventures LLC). Ashley is also the former owner of a local station under XMT Entertainment LLC.
